Is it $200 in one order?
Nope. It’s cumulative. You could get there today, next month, or by slowly filling your bathroom shelf like a skincare squirrel.
Only product costs count (no tax or shipping).

Do gift cards count?
Not when you buy them. But if you use one to purchase products? That counts.

Do returns subtract from the total?
Yep. If you return something, it doesn't count toward your total.

How will I know I’m a VIP?
We’ll email you when you qualify and update your account status. You’ll know when you’ve entered your glow era.

How do you pick the person who gets to choose the charity?
Each quarter, we randomly select one VIP to cast the vote. You'll be notified if you're chosen.

Is this the same as the Botanical Panel?
Nope! That’s our tester crew. VIPs get perks, not prototypes. But if you want in on testing, we’ll give you the chance to apply.
